Student Forms
The Student Forms feature lets you complete and submit various forms. Examples might include:
- Leave of Absence 
- Change Major 
- Application for Graduation 
- From the Student Forms feature, click on the appropriate form link. 
- Complete the form. You can navigate through the form by clicking the Next Page--> and/or <--Previous Page links. The confirmation screen notifies you of any errors in the questions for each section. After you correct the errors in each section, you can submit the form. - Tip- If the form is configured to allow you to finish filling in the form at a later time, you can click the Save and Finish Later button. The next time you enter the Student Requests feature and click on the form link, the form will open—pre-populated with the data values saved. 
- When you are finished, click Submit Form. 
- From the Student Forms feature, click on the form link. 
- Complete the form. You can navigate through the form by clicking the Next Page--> and/or <--Previous Page links. The confirmation screen notifies you of any errors in the questions for each section. After you correct the errors in each section, you can submit the form. 
- When you are finished, click Submit Form. 
Note
This option may not be available for all forms.
- From the Student Forms feature, click on the form link called My <form name> submissions.Your submissions are displayed. 
- Do one of the following: - Click Continue this saved form or the Continue your saved <form name> link if you have an incomplete form that you wish to finish. 
- Click Fill out a new <form name> link if you wish to start a new form. 
- Click the View Submission link to view a previously completed submission. 
 
- Click Back to Main Screen if you wish to return to the main screen.
